Electrical issue with rear passenger door

I started having an issue with the rear passenger door on my 2016 GMC Sierra 1500 i was driving the other day and all of a sudden it showed that door wasn't shut (Yes we checked it). But on top of that the window won't work either, i have the panel off and did check the window motor still works but i can't seem to figure out the problem.
