  1. get ya some fancy ARP stainless bolts to hold everything together...
  2. My father in law has a sheet of carbon fiber that's about 1/4 inch thick. I thought about that the first time before going aluminum. But with the carpet and what not it will never be seen.
  3. yea most def not worth 300 bucks if you ask me.
  4. I drilled 3 holes, one under each guide where the window rides and one in the center. They all drain to the ground under the cab. Then under coated it all. Trying to work on a legit drain trough with two 3/8th tubes that would run down and out.
  5. The 2 first pictures should he his pan. That last 2 is the one I made. Ridged and doesn't bend. Also had tabs cut long enough to use the factory m6 bolt for the cabin vent.
  6. The one I used was from a 2006. Pretty sure they are from 05 to 13. Least that what the nissan website says for the part number. There are a couple windows on ebay atm for 200-300. Then have to find the motor and regulator. The big thing was sanding down the plastic edges on the inside for the window to sit flat.
  7. I took a switch out of a avalanche and plastic welded it to my factory ceiling console so it looks factory. When I get my day off on Sunday I'll send pictures and what not. I ended up going with using the bolts on the factory window. Cut out the inner part of the cab. Cleaned it up and under coated it. Like I said before I'm just trying to help everyone out and not get rich off of this stuff that anyone can make or have made.
  8. The tabs were way off that he puts on were way off. They were not even close to being where they needed to be. When you mount the motor and regulator. It has enough force to flex the pan. Super thin metal. Ill give you the measurements of what ya need. I'm just trying to look out for everyone. If I am paying that kind of money. I don't want something made outta cheap materials.
  9. Do not buy that kit online. The metal is so thin. Go to a local weld shop and have them bend you a pan. I'm out 300 plus dollars. I tried to message him but doesnt get back to you.
