I have hp tuners, shows a p0697 and p06a3 code, and the 5v ref test on c and d fail. I have all 5v ref in the sensors listed for each circuit

Ok, just finished up on a delete for dod and afm, added a 4 degree limiter in vvt phaser and used all btr parts. Truck cranks good, has compression( gonna test how much tonight). Issue is it only cranks, has p0697 and p06a3 dyc stored, I have went over the harness and cannot find an issue. Pcm has been flashed by a very good tuner with years of experience. I had all 4 5v reference codes to begin with but now only those two. Anyone else ever seen this or have experience with this.
