The mechanic I used recommended it . I have spent a fortune on this already and have the same symptoms. He stated it was a blown head gasket and my Transmission burnt up as well cause it ran hot and started shifting wrong .

Top hose of the radiator is getting hot but bottom hose has no pressure nor getting any kind of heat to it

Just cause the truck kept over heating mechanic recommended it

Yes using the gauge cluster. Temp goes to about 210 as it should then about five min later goes around 220 . no sir not using a scan tool . I wouldnt think it would be a head gasket cause that's why I replaced the motor from the previous one .

Also changed the temp sensor

I've changed my engine ,transmission, thermostat, fan clutch, radiator, water pump , and burped the system I have a 2013chevy silverado 2500hd 6.0 does anyone have a suggestion what else I can do ? No check engine light
