I have a 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500. The 3 plugs are up under the drivers side above and to the right of the accelerator. When I pulled each plug and reinserted it, the problem of the blank screen was fixed right away. True radio was working, but I could only access it from the steering wheel. The backup camera would work but everything else was black.
