Hi repair man, I have a 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 V6 turbo I'm at 120,000 km recently. The last two weeks I started to develop a ticking noise. Originally I thought it was lifters but it is not lifters. I took it into my local Edmonds GM dealer. Nobody there had a damn clue what it was. They decided to give me the option to start tearing apart my engine, which as you know that is an extensive research with no guarantees. So they took a shot in the dark and said let's replace your high pressure fuel valve $1,200 later. The tick is still there and my truck is still running like crap sounding just the same. I'm frustrated I've had this truck for 7 months up and it's disturbing that a GM dealership has no clue what their own species of truck is doing. Can you please please help me decipher this?
