  1. Could be the fan clutch, but since it's mostly on cold mornings, it might just be normal. If others have replaced it and the noise still happens, it could be something like the turbo or air intake. With only 9k miles, you’re probably still under warranty, so get it checked out. It’s likely not a big issue, but better to be safe, especially with towing.
  2. Use trim tools to gently pry from the ends, starting at the back where it tucks under. Take your time to avoid breaking the clips. If rewrapping, it’s easier to remove them and wrap properly around the edges.
  3. Truck’s looking sharp, man! Yes, you can use a bumper with sensors even if your truck doesn’t have them—just leave the sensor plugs disconnected. Everything else will bolt up the same. For the true dual exhaust, as long as you’re not removing the cats or messing with O2 sensors, you should be fine. No check engine lights if it's done right.
  4. You're good with the stock UCA. Tire height doesn't mess with suspension geometry like a lift does. That extra inch from the tires won't hurt anything.
