My dealership submitted my order for a 2025 Sierra 2500-Gas Engine, Fifth Wheel package, Value package, convenience package, and running boards in early March. They advised the order still hasn't been accepted. The GM called the factory and is getting no response. He escalated it to the District Manager, and he hasn't received a response either.
Has anyone else had this problem recently? Is there any way to contact someone who can give me an answer? Any suggestions or similar experiences?
