  1. Hello, I have an issue with my 2020 Chevy Silverado Trail Boss and was looking to see if anyone could help point me in the right direction. I have an error message that says "Right Rear Indicator Failure" that pops up when I use the right turn signal. It will flash 3 times as normal, then the error message pops up and it will hyper flash. The lights all still function but the right side rear hyper flashes. I took my truck in for a routine oil change and tire rotation today and the dealership told me that it is a voltage issue and that the whole assembly needs replaced. They also said that because the are LED lights that the total cost in fixing this issue would be just under $1200. I did not agree to have anything completed instead am turning to the internet for research, advice, and assistance. I am not a mechanically inclined person and know little about fixing vehicles but almost $1200 seems extremely high for replacing a tail light assembly. The dealership also told me that there are currently no parts available or an ETA when they would be back in stock. In my research I did see some people having similar issues. In most of those it was because they installed after market tail lights. Mine are stock and factory OEM. I do see them for sale online between $150-$200 through various sites. I am hoping someone here can assist me and point me in the right direction as to what I should do next in getting this issue corrected. Thanks for your time.
