I have a 2018 GMC sierra 1500 with eAssist. Some say it’s a city truck but I have been to Alaska and back 2 times pulling a small travel trailer and had no issues. The problem will be finding a reputable dealer that is qualified to do any repairs when needed. These are special beast and it requires specific parts for the engine. I just got mine out of the shop from being repaired due to lifter failure! 92K miles basically trouble free. It is 4x4 and I tow it behind my motor coach and it tows beautifully.
