    Sadly this is an alarming issue,I hear everyone complain about varying levels of dealer support. I was getting ready to trade in my 2011 Sierra CC SLT but after reading this topic pretty extensively I know there is no way that I would receive any dealer support here in the NY Metro area where dealer service is downright criminal. I will keep my 2011 and feel that GM really dropped the ball on this and it cost them a sale.
