I have a strange problem with my 2014 Sierra SLT 1500. Randomly the doors will self-lock and the mirrors will fold. This will happen even while driving down the road. I will unfold the mirrors and they will refold in a couple seconds. After 3-4 times, it will quit. It is disconcerting because it can self-lock even while idling in the driveway. I have to use Onstar to unlock my truck. But I have to be quick and yank the door open instantly or it will self-lock again in about 1 second. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

After recently swapping out my alternator, my truck lights are slightly dimming repeatedly. It's especially noticeable when I turn on the dome lights. Is it a grounding issue? The alternator doesn't physically touch the metallic base at all, but seems to be grounded only via the two bolts that hold it up and in it's right place. Should I take it off and sand any metal that connects from the bolts to the alternator?

99 Silverado with 220k miles with low coolant light turning on after 30mins drive typically. First tried cleaning reservoir because the sensor is built in, but did not help. Then bought new reservoir that includes sensor and that didn't help either. The reservoir is correctly filled to FULL mark and always is. Oil change just done by me and isn't milky so there's no coolant mixing in. Last coolant flush was at 170k with the pink stuff so I'm good there too. Is there another sensor n the radiator maybe? Or could this just be a grounding issue? Thanks for any advice.
