Although GM didn't earn the top spot in the truck category (Ford F-150 did), GM's value division did very well overall. Here are the categories Chevy won, and a few words from KBB on why: Full-Size SUV/Crossover: 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe "The Tahoe is the best-selling vehicle in the segment. Commenting on Chevy's win, Vincentric said "Chevrolet wins the Vincentric Best Value Truck Brand in America award for the second consecutive year. Led by the 3/4-ton Silverado 2500 along with strong results from the Colorado, Silverado 1500, and Silverado 3500 the Chevrolet lineup outperformed tough competition." Vincentric is a respected automotive data compilation company specializing in cost of ownership analysis. The Silverado 2500 won the 3/4 ton pickup category, the GMC Sierra 3500 won the full-size heavy duty truck category, and Chevy was called best brand (trucks). Commenting on Chevy's win, Vincentric said "Chevrolet wins the Vincentric Best Value Truck Brand in America award for the second consecutive year.
