    I was nervous at first too but after having the lifters done before hand and done well calmed my nerves. You'll be happy when it doesn't burn any more oil. Let us know how it looks and turned out.

    Did they finally agree to put the job under warranty?, when you get it back are you going to get a tune and turn off the AFM?

    I cleaned the MAF sensor and the throttle body on my truck today. Couldn't tell how dirty the MAF was, kind of hard to see but I cleaned it anyway. The throttle bady was really dirty...wowza, black. I sprayed it down really good and took a clean toothbrush to scrub it good. I should note for those who may want to do this that there is special cleaner just for the MAF sensor and a cleaner for the throttle body. I wasn't sure until I researched it. Runs good.

    Oh ya, I used the tail gate to dry my shoes because I stepped in dog poo poo not from my dog, in my back yard that is totally fenced except for one small part by the gate. My guess is its a small dog. I didn't know it until I tracked it all over the garage and on the door mat going into the house. I was poed!

    Used the other truck (02' 2500 HD) and cleaned up my back yard. Three trips to the town drop off for yard debris, leaves, branches, etc.

    Ryan is your truck E85 tuned?, also what kind of MPG's do you get with E85?

    Now it will look like a true sleeper with the 18's.....until you hit the go pedal, lol. Is your truck a 4x4?, also what do you have for an exhaust on it?

    Drove the truck to breakfast this morning and then came home to wash it. Going on a 200 mile round trip with it tomorrow.

    Changed the oil today, I thought about washing it but it was cold and crappy out so maybe this week.

    Jim, make sure you run that Furd through the tests, like 0 to 100 to 0, the brake torque test, the mud hole test, the drifting test and any other you can think of, lol. All of this testing will be for product research of coarse I did drive around with my foot in the gas today to test the new exhaust... Quiet when needed and aggressive under acceleration.

    What store? CarQuest. Got it installed tonight. It went good except for the flange bolts snapped with not even 30 ft-lbs of torque so I had to drill them out...ugh. I got the touring system, single exit. It's a little deeper sounding than stock at idle but a lot more robust when you get into the gas, just what I wanted.

    Drove my truck to my favorite auto parts store today to order the Corsa cat back for it....should be here tomorrow...................is it tomorrow yet?, lol I'm going to try and take the old exhaust off in one piece, a member on here said it can be done so we shall try.

    Ya, the forklift guy could only get the pallet of salt so far, that's why it's sagging a bit, if we could of got the salt pallet in the bed farther I'd bet it would not nearly squat as much. I'd like to see what it would look like with 3000 lbs in the bed loaded evenly:]

    Hauled 2400 lbs of water softner salt with the HD today...took it like a champ!

    What were you thinking? IDK, I was just too tired after work to move my truck out of the way for her to get her car out of the garage. She prolly thinks she's a truck girl now, LOL.
