2014 GMC Sierra crew cab.
First started with driver rear door lock not responding to fob or interior power lock switch. Rear driver door was also stuck in child protection mode so the door can not be opened from the inside. I can manually lock the door and open the lock from the inside handle and then open the door from the outside. The child protection switch on the driver front door also flashes when pressed. I ordered a new actuator and installed that and nothing happened.
Fast forward a year and my passenger side doors started being "sticky". Barely locking and unlocking but still opening eventually, both with the fob and interior switch. This happened for a couple days and then one day while taking lunch, i started pressing the interior door lock switch a bunch, lock, unlock, lock, unlock, thinking they were just sticky, but then all of the door locks stopped. I have no power locks. Locking from fob or in truck does nothing. I do hear a slight click from the BCM but that is it. It does still set the security system so the alarm will still sound when the doors are "locked".
So I hear a clicking at the bcm. Are there fuses for the bcm I should take a look at? I have taken the front driver door panel off but dont see any bad wires. Anybody else with the same issue or where I should go from here?
