  1. I promise my fix will work for anyone here- One of the early birds from this thread and I have kept up with it and all of you. After going through the wringer as many have here including new tranny, drive shaft, 3 sets of new tires, new seat brackets for a sliding seat, I through in the towel 2 weeks ago. Took my truck to ford dealership where they bought my tx edition for 28k with 26,0000 miles on it, 2wd and traded it in for a 2014 f-150 super crew 4x4 with 17 miles on it for 29k OTD. I am beyond happy that my nightmare is over. The mental hell of being in that truck infuriated me and every time I saw a GM dealership I want to drive right through it. I have owned almost 20 silverados and WAS a loyal customer. WE bailed you out with our money and gave you a second chance. Obv no lesson was learned as GM stills runs a shit business. I know my bitching on here will fall on deaf ears and not changed shit. But I do have enough money to choose what I want to drive. I will never buy from GM again after this. EVER. If any one else is interested, they are cutting the '14 f150's way down ( almost 20k off sticker ). This being my first ford ever, I am very impressed with the build quality of the truck. I could of waited for the '15 model but was not interested in buying first year redesign. I liked that this was the final year of this style as the kinks were all out. Truck drives night and day better. NO VIBRATION. Even when I put on my BFG 275/65/20 all terrain so's on, no vibration. Transmition has nice firm shifts without the shitty lag that would slip and catch on a daily basis with my shitverado. Go get a good trade number and get out while truck is still relatively new. Shit aint changing boys. You cannot put a price tag on piece of mind. Good luck to all of you and I'm sorry you , we, got pissed on by a bunch of greedy ****s. IM GOING TO ENJOY WATCHING YOUR COMPANY FAIL, GM. **** you-
  2. Just looked on Facebook and it seems they are taking down all comments on the issue. I went ahead and did my duty and stated the truth and my disappointment. Im sure it will be down in seconds. I hope that others will do the same on FB, KBB, Edmuds, etc. If it doesn't stop, we will get somewhere. Going to take a hell of an effort from a great many! I love a good fight and I hate bullies. Especially when they are ****'s.....
  3. Wondering if this is localized to chevy... Any Sierra's having this issue?
  4. Ive been following this thread since I purchased my 2014 Tx Edition is October. I privately messaged GM about it months ago and the response was to take it to the dealership. Im not doing a damn thing until GM gives us something. No way I am going to leave my truck at a dealership for days on end without any known fix to this common problem. Here is what I got. 65-80mph vibration. Its bad! Thing is, some roads it terrible, and some hardly noticeable. It can be a smooth interstate and its vibrating like hell and on a more distressed road it may not be at all. Good thing is, is that on the freeway right where the dealership is, is one of the worst spots where it acts up all the time. Like others, I have owned many (13) gm trucks ( check it out for yourself GM! ) and I also understand problems and am very understanding and tolerant of that. I am not tolerant of treating loyal customers like shit. I will not answer to a stock "please provide your vin # and mileage etc...". It is a slap in the face at this point. Give me something to work with, now! Just as GMAC demands all payments on time, the same expectations must be reciprocated. What is going on with our trucks?? I have been through 3 sets of tires, currently with Nittos and have already had the RF balanced etc.... Still ****ed up. Im out over 2k in bullshit since my purchase trying to fix this bc I have NOTHING to go off of. You are out a customer GM. To everyone out there: If you want to be heard, write reviews on KBB, Edmunds, etc.... about the obvious problem and more so, the big **** all of you by GM for the way they have handled this- by ignoring it. I was not going to ever get involved in this thread ( which I told GM in the personal message ) and wait for the recall. But bc of this appalling lack of respect for valued customers who are driving brand new, DEFECTIVE trucks- I will now get involved. ABSOLUTELY APPALLED .........
