So now my dealership still has no idea as to the cause of the problem. It no longer seems to be just temperature related. Just seems to be a random kick in the nutz when a guy just wants to go out for a rip.

2014 Denali. 6.2. 6" BDS lift with coil overs. 33" toyo mt. 20" bmf novakanes. Pocket style bushwackers.
Now it is time to play with performance.

Very much recommended. Love it
And of course power steering that supposedly has no issue quit again this morning as temperature dropped to -23 c. Strange thing is charging system stayed at 14 v for the whole drive. Last night it ran at about 15.5. Strange strange. Still love this thing.

Yeah I passed the info along to the dealer for them to look into it. They are the ones putting in the lift and already had out into writing that the entire truck is warrantied like it came from them done. Since it was all in the original contract. Here's hoping.

Right from moment one when I picked up my truck the front center sensors always show that I am right up against something or will shutdown the park assist. 2014 Denali 6.2.

Ha. I did. They were closed on the Sunday night. Monday am when they pulled it in they said all systems were good to go. Lol. At least lie to me and tell me you found a loose wire. Then trust in the truck would be restored.

Picked up my new 2014 Denali with 6.2 L last Saturday. Love it. Drove it all day. Went out for the evening. Parked it and after coming back out to get into it a couple hours later temp had dropped to about -32. Truck started right up and still had some temp on gauge. Right after startup got service power steering. Drive with care. Shut off truck and tried to restart twice with no luck. Drove it about 10k to a buddies shop and disconnected battery. Left it 10 minutes. Still the same issue. Strong armed it home. Tried it the next morning. Same thing. Drove it to the dealership strong arm that evening. The next morning they said they started it no issue. No problems. So my new truck had 280 k no problem. 100 k no steering. How do you know if it is a rack issue or motor issue. When they checked codes the only one they found was low battery from me disconnecting it. Yet I still had no steering after. Why the phantom issue. Little concerned as this truck is getting a 6" lift and rubber put on it this week and not exactly thrilled with the potential for another phantom fail.
