  1. That would be me.
  2. Best post in this entire thread!
  3. http://www.lemonlaw.com/ They got me out of my lemon and it didn't cost me anything.
  4. $0, the attorneys gets their fee from GM. Like I said, very simple process.
  5. Very simple process. My truck had been in the shop 5 times. Document EVERYTHING (dates, names, repairs, statements made by anyone who works for the dealership or GM). I had a 4 page report i sent to the attorney. If you arrange some deal with the dealership regarding a buyback, you can be assured you're getting screwed somehow. Contact www.lemonlaw.com, the process took approximately 3 1/2 months.
  6. I am excited to report that my vibration has been FIXED!!!! My attorney got me a buyback. I got back everything I put into the truck except for $800 that they called usage and mileage. I took my big refund check and went and bought a 2014 Ram. I love this truck! It has balls, it doesn't sound like it has a hamster wheel under the hood, it's averaging 18.3 mpg and most importantly, IT DOESN'T VIBRATE! Good luck to all you guys. Hopefully GM will find a solution but it's not encouraging the way it's going. I'll monitor this site on occasion to see if their is a fix.
  7. You know what to do next. Don't take this B.S. from them! It will work out in the end.
  8. You are doing well by documenting everything if you need to take legal action. I drove a Ram today. What a great driving truck! My soon to be gone Vibrator is not even in the same ballpark.
  9. Sounds like you need a lawyer.
  10. Seriously!?!?! That's GM's mentality on this particular issue!!
  11. My shocks were changed. Did not fix anything.
  12. Same here. My vibration has also been changing. Now when I let off the gas, the wheel vibrates bad. I'm still waiting on an answer from my attorney. My next truck will be a Ram. GM has serious issues now and I don't want any part of this company right now.
  13. Get a lawyer!!!!!!!!!!!
  14. I hope to be on your list soon!!
  15. Do you have an attorney working on it? A good attorney won't charge you. They sue GM for their fees. GM will screw with you as long as they can but when an attorney contacts them, they know you're serious.
  16. Those appear to be for older trucks. When I google 2014 ram vibration, I don't find anything.
  17. So I'm sitting at the dealership waiting for them to install another driveshaft even though they said my current one is within specs. I'm so sick of this sh*%!!!!!!
  18. Just curious how long the buy back process has taken to this point.
  19. Just got my truck back from the shop for the 4th time...still vibrates between 40-50. They replaced the rear axle and all 4 shocks.
  20. Get yourself a lemon law attorney that doesn't charge you but instead gets their fee from GM. An attorney will protect you from the fees the dealer tries to bs you with.
  21. I felt the vibration from day 1. I then googled "2014 Silverado vibration". This thread popped up so I'm not sensitive because of this thread. VIBRATION IS NOT A NORMAL CHARACTERISTIC FOR ANY VEHICLE!!! It sounds like some guys are willing to accept this as normal. I understand some of you are diehard GM guys and are willing to pay to have driveshafts balanced or buy new tires but maybe it is time you take it to the next level. Laws are in place to protect you from this nonsense.
  22. The 2 clamps never did fix my 40-50 vibration.
  23. That's BS that the tech couldn't feel it. He's flat rate. He makes crap working on a vibration issue. When I went for a ride with the tech, he tried to say it was normal. He also let out an audible sigh indicating he's not interested in a vibration. If there's no vibration , why do these dealerships keep throwing all kinds of parts at them. Don't let GM brush you aside!!
