Hankook Dynapro ATM RF10. They come in that size and load range E. The best tire I ever put on my Duramax. I put them on all my vehicles now. Long wearing, great on ice, snow and wet roads, and they have somewhat of an aggressive look to them. Oh and they are priced great.

I can tell you with 100% certainty that there is no such mandate from the EPA and GM does not paint these bumpers.
