Hello, I had a 2014 GMC Sierra SLT All Terrain. The lights were so poor I did not want to drive at night. I went to the dealership a number of times to complain and was told no the lights are good. Then at some point there was a update when they were going to boost the BCM. Well lights were still terrible. I wrote to Car Complaints and they were a ware of the issue. I was informed there was a law suit started in the USA. I bought a complete new light housing for my truck. Not until I bought my 2017 did my salesman finally admitted the lights were really bad. I live in Canada but hopes this helps. Be safe

I don’t understand about the wireless charging as I have a Apple 7plus, which is to big for the charging mat also, if you want to use Apple Car Play you need your phone to be connected with the USB, which than allows you to use car play and charges your phone at the same time. Just went and looked at my 2017, and it looks the same as your picture. I’m going to wait till the summer and see if it forms a better seal. If it does not then I will have the dealership look at it under my bumper to bumper. When I first bought my truck the dealership could not get my tires balanced, I spent a lot of time at the dealership for them to get it fixed. I also thought they were starting to hate me, the money we pay for our trucks, I don’t care what they think. Just fix my problem.

Had it happen on my 2014, dealership did nothing and said it was just a thing that happens.

Hello, I also have Sirius and just in certain areas around town it looses the signal. Day night, overcast doesn’t make a difference. This is my third truck and it has done this in all my trucks.

I had a 2014 GMC Sierra, had to switch out the light, I bought some on EBay for around $450.00. You can also buy a set of LED Lights from XenonDepot. You will not be disappointed. Worst lights ever.

It is the headlights, I changed mine out and went with LED’s and what a difference. I wounded if you could get the lights out of a 2017 and you would not be disappointed. I had a 2014 and the lights were dangerously to drive at night. Just find out what the bulbs are in for he 2017 Sierra and put them in your truck. Hope the info helps.
