  1. i understand. I will consider this and what others have said. I knew about the ratings , just didn't fully understand what they meant
  2. Thank you. What do you mean by "Nothing in a E rated tire on a half ton."?
  3. Hello, I have a 2014 4x4 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT Short Box. It has 55k miles and the original tires of 275x55xR20. It is stock, no lifts, levels, or anything. I need tires. I wouldn't mind stepping up a size or two, but don't want to have to level or lift. What can I get away with that would looks good? 275x65? 275x60? I may eventually level the truck, but just need tires now. Appreciate any good brands too. I like BFGs AT2, and have had General Grabbers AT2 on other vehicles before. Thank you!
  4. Hello, I was the original poster and forgot about this thread. I never did anything about it. That piece is still wavy. It doesn't bother me that much, I was mainly concerned if it was causing a leak anywhere, to which I don't think it is. If you figure anything out, please let us know. thanks
  5. I have 2014 Sierra. At the bottom of the windshield there is a trim piece / moulding that meets the windshield glass. It is not seated properly and sealed and kind of wavy. I guess it's intended to seal to some degree and let water roll over. Is this cosmetic or is there an easy fix? Pic attached. I've tried to press it down but not much luck. Im hoping not to have to replace the whole piece which looks like it'd be quite involved and taking off wipers. Thanks
  6. I have a 2014 GMC Sierra SLT 4x4 with 1400 miles on it. I just bought in September 2014, and my truck is producing the same sounds as the original poster of this thread. Just started around 1400 miles and I have only noticed in morning after sitting all night or also when wet/raining. I hear the popping (kinda like knuckles popping) when taking off from a dead stop but once I get speed up, i can't hear anymore. Then it does it again a few more times when I stop and start and then it just goes away until the next cold morning or wet outside. Sounds like its coming from back passenger side. Anybody know if anything came from this issue? It seems like many users have experienced this issue and most replys say shocks or leaf springs. Any more updates? thanks.
