  1. Can't decide if I want to paint my flares or just put them on black
  2. Drained mine for the first time after 1,235 miles. 37,935 total on the truck. I don't have any way to measure the ounces so that's a .223 round for comparison. I saw my wife's Pyrex measuring cup sitting on the kitchen counter but I really didn't feel like being castrated today. That stuff is nasty. Got some on my hand and it smells like kerosene.
  3. How many miles ryan?
  4. Really thinking hard about some Katzkins.
  5. How often are you guys draining your cans? I have 400 miles with mine on and keep forgetting to look at it. 1k? 2k? Every oil change?
  6. Soooo... Installing a MAF sensor backwards tends to make your truck run like shit. Who knew!?
  7. Installed, will fabricate a better bracket later.
  8. Mishimoto Catch Can and a K&N CAI. I drive 60 miles one way to work every day (120 miles total per day for you geniuses), so hopefully the CAI will help with the MPG's and the catch can will help with the crud. The catch can may not be optimally mounted, but it works for now until I can find some aluminum to bend. It clears the hood but isn't perfectly vertical right now.
  9. Looks good to me. Really good.
  10. I tried too. I might have found something that will work. Thanks for the help.
  11. Can you measure the diagonal supports please? I need to know that the circumference is please.
  12. Ordered some fender flares. But I'm not sure I made the right choice on brand. Anybody have any experience with bushwhacker or rough country?
  13. Hahaha awesome. I've grown up on our farm and can do anything to a tractor and farm equipment, or old farm trucks. But these new vehicles always make me nervous that I'm going to eff something up and have to pay a professional to fix. Duct tape and baling wire won't fix these trucks I bet.
  14. Ordered the mishimoto oil catch can. The non baffled one. I assume I can just out some steel wool in it for the condensate. How difficult are these to install? I've installed a cold air intake on my '99 once but that's about my extent for truck mechanic'ing ability.
  15. Lol. I've had my tires rotated a couple times and it hasn't done it so hopefully it won't start from just reading a thread. Sometimes tho, when I'm turning really sharp it kinda acts like the locking rear diff is activated, but not always. There's never been any blinking light on my dash indicating stabilitrack or traction control being activated tho. I just assumed it was because my 35" tires were so big. That part doesn't bother me.
  16. Thanks for the link. I've had my lift on for 20k miles and have never seen my stabili-track come on, around turns or otherwise. Just lucky I guess.
  17. I guess I still don't know what you mean by "act up".
  18. I have that lift. Can you elaborate on what issues were caused?
  19. Are the diagonal brackets 2"x2"?

  21. Just placed an order for some stuff. Will post pics when its all in and installed. This is what it looks like now though, haven't posted here in awhile. WiNdEnErGy by wormydog1724, on Flickr
