Has anyone sent off the letter of non conforming condition or final repair letter to GM. I am looking for samples online and have nno success. Help!

Finallytook my leveling kit off and had my truck re-aligned. I delivered it to the dealer again. Service manager drove truck and then called me and asked me to come up there and drive it due to the speed i feel vibrations at 70+. He said they cant go that fast and gm will not allow it. So i come to dealer and the service manager is nice to me and feels the problem when we reached the speed. He said man it does it every time!. He calls the gm regional repair guy and he wants him to look at the engine bay. Now I do have an Air raid jr on the truck. So the service manager calls to tell me to put the stock resonator back on as well as the front air dam. That that could be the whole problem! SERIOUSLY!!! THE RESONATOR! AIR DAM!. Are causing all the shaking in the cab that is to be coming from the back of the truck. What a joke. They also told me that when the engineer comes i will have to drive him around also because of the speed the vibrations are felt. Really GM what the F$@# are you guys doing??? On a lighter funnier note, when i uploaded my videos to youtube, youtube sent me message that said we detected your videos might be shaky. Let us straighten them out lol

Got my packet from BBB a couple days ago and got a call from gm business resource center today. Waiting on the first of the year for the dealer to get an engineer to smoke my truck over.

Update: Just went to dealer a few minutes ago, they told me now that being that they felt it on another truck on the lot, they are going to set up an appointment with a field test engineer to come look over the truck. They told me that i needed to remove the leveling kit i have on it or the engineer will not be able to do the test. I asked them if the other truck had a leveling kit on it and they said no! So i guess i got to go through the leveling kit again....

I will see if i cant get the videos up loaded and post them and try to attach them to this thread so everyone can see. I have left the truck there four times now and NC requires 4 times. I am taking the truck back today and leaving it. But i havent received any paper work since they fixed my drivers seat and drove the truck. They had paper work on it when they road force tested it but didnt give it to me since it wasnt fixed.

I also just called GM customer assistance and told them the situation. I will say that the person i spoke with was every bit as upset about this as i am. Has any one actually got their problems resolved completely I am considering filing under BBB, this is the 4th time i will have had my vehicle looked over for this issue.

Just an update on mine, went and asked if the dealer had heard back from GM regarding this issue. They told me no and they drove another truck that was on the lot. Their conclusion was it seems to be a characteristic of these trucks. I video taped myself driving the truck yesterday to document all the vibration at different speeds. What should i do? Hate to be paying so much per month for a lemon..

Hello all, I have had my 14 sierra cc sb 5.3 z71 for a few months now and have noticed the bad vibrations everyone else has mentioned. First trip to dealer was a few days ago and the service tech drove the truck and said it was definately vibrating and they needed to road force test tires. Today they did the test found one tire not to spec. Called and said it was good to go. Now so you know, my problem usually occurs under power and between 75-80+. So i took it for a spin and the shakes were still there. Returned truck and took tech for a ride with the cruise set at 82 and he looked worried it was vibrating so bad. Tokd me to leave it for a few days and they were going to call gm for advice. Very disappointed knowing this truck and many others are having the same problem across the nation. I am really contemplating getting rid of it due to this issue and all the customers having the same problems with no fixes Tyler NC
