  1. I have a 2015 Yukon Denali XL that has been back to the dealership 3 times now with the buffeting issue. We have done the whole roof thing where they peeled the headliner back and put some insulation in and glued the bows down. That did not help at all. This weekend I taped up the mics and took my family for a spin. Not enough difference to notice, maybe a 5% change for the better. It was a different noise though, a lot of highway noise outside was more noticeable. My dealership basically told me to quit bothering them, there is nothing else they can do. They will barely acknowledge the problem. They just keep saying, if GM comes out with a fix, I will get it. But it would be 6-9 months. I have called GM customer service over and over, and keep getting different reps that pass me off to another rep after a few days. I have had the car for 2 months and my dealership did offer to buy it back less 13,000.....I don't think so!! Waiting for a call from a new guy at customer service.....
  2. WOW! I can't believe I actually found this thread. We bought a 2015 Yukon Denali XL less than 2 months ago. My family can't even ride in it, the noise and vibrations are so bad! At the car lot, I had a problem with how it drove immediately and the car salesman said the road we were test driving on was bad. I took it to another road, and it was still bad. He convinced me to change the tires to Michelin for an extra 600 bucks and that should take care of the problem. Unfortunately I went with the idea. No sooner than I got it home, we all started complaining of the vibrations and the pressure in our ears. My wife got her first ear infection and my 2 year old toddler plugs her ears everytime we get in it and complains. I have headaches after riding more than 20 minutes. I took the car back to the dealership and complained, had to jump through hoops and talk to many different people, and finally they glued to roof down and put some insulation in it. I got the 70,000$ car back with misaligned upholstery and dirt spots on the ceiling. The noise and pressure was still there. I dropped it off again and they said they have done all they can, there is nothing wrong. A field rep got involved and doesn't really acknowledge that there is a problem. I am so fed up and disgusted, I don't know what to do. I dropped it off again this week and some other folks are going to ride in it. Just got a call back and they don't really know what the problem is........who do I turn to? A lawyer? Wait for a fix? I will read back through all the posts, but I just wanted to go ahead and get my story up here.......
