I went through hell with my truck I did the bbb process got no where wrote gm nothing went to the dealer many times nothing I talked to a attorney he would ask for a work order stating it wasn't the tires or alignment so I did he called back after I sent it said that he needed the Tec to state the number of years he has been a mechanic and it was not normal for that model of truck to vibrate that was the end gm won I hope they are happy here's what I did to mine and its smooth going all the way til it shuts down I have drove 1500 miles now and no problems I put michilen tires on it helped out but didn't fix it then I put Gabriel ultra shocks on the rear got better yet took the drive shaft out to have it balanced by a professional it had 30 thousandths run out they fixed my drive shaft 65$ Some people say that the drive shaft vibration is at speeds of 40 to 50 but it made a big difference in my truck at 70+ That took care of all the shaking in truck that could be felt in the seat and center console, the vibration in the steering wheel and gas pedal have went away at 18000 miles it's sad that I couldn't get gm to fix my truck I don't have adjustable pedals on mine but for a while I cut little foam squares about a 1/4in thick and put them under the right corner of the plastic plate the gas pedal and bracket are mounted to to help dampen the vibration but I have since took them out and it is fine I'm not saying that it's going to fix every ones truck but I think any info any one has could help others it drove me crazy my wife was so happy when I told her its fixed and I now love my truck

I did the bbb deal didn't get any where waste of time the arbitrator did feel the vibration in the steering wheel ,gas padle and seat and rust on the frame but since there was no safety concerns at this time I got denied but I can still do the lemon law am I am GM HAS BIG POCKETS TO COVER THEIR @$$

The bbb has been helping me kinda been a long process but it has helped a lot

Today gm called me and wanted to settle my case they offered me 500$ towards gm accessories I can understand now why others just go and trade there truck in it saves a lot of frustration now I have one more step to go through and then it's a lemon i shouldn't have to be an ahole to get them to listen but that seems to be the only way

My 2014 had vibration in gas pedal and steering wheel the vibration in the wheel has gone away at 14000 miles the gas pedal still has some but way better then it was the biggest complaint I have is the shake or vibration I get in my seat and center console.Some times it will come and go sometime it will not stop let off the gas,floor it,switch lanes it won't stop. It seems that when it's not doing it all the time it will start up when going around a turn on the high way go for a lil then settle down start up slowly and get worse then peaks out and goes away and starts all over again it's hard to say but after playing around with it going over the same road 5min later the same speed and it didn't do it I'm begging to think its bad harmonics it changes by gas leave and my truck gets worse with a load in the bed and gets better with weight in the cab I can't even haul my dirtbike with out it shaking my off witch is bs going down the highway when two vibration are insync then fall out of sync that would causes the vibration there are vibration waves that run up and down the frame I think if they could find away to deaden the frame some how it may help but I'm not a engineer I may be all wrong with harmonics but that's why they tell us there is no fix for it Im just trying to get different ideas from others on this issue I have drove 3 2015s 2 of the 3 didn't shake the seat or console but the gas pedal and wheel still have it I would think that would get better as mine did

I asked about the locker because alot of the time mine starts to shake or vibrate more when going around turns

Do any of the trucks do it that doesn't have the rear locking diff

I have the same issue with the vibration on my 2014 I got the truck January 2014 took it in the first time with 800miles on it they put tires on the truck the tires been road forced 3 times still did it took it back a gm rep was there said they did not have a problem thats what the service advisor said to me at this time I had no aftermarket accessories I took the truck thinking that there would be a fix I waited for a year took it to another dealer they told me they could feel vibration and it's the nature of the beast and would be annoying but didn't state it on paper but they did bring up the aftermarket accessories bed cover, bug deflector, and air bags, could be the cause of my concerns I took them off called the dealer where I got the truck asked them about the vibration they told me they had to call gm they would call me back before the end of the day they never did so I called the next morning they told me gm said its normal and there is no fix i filed a claim with the bbb I took it to another dealer the service manager took it for a test drive with me he said that he can feel the vibration too before hand I tried to take it to the dealer where I bought the truck they said they can no longer work on it because I filed for lemon law I was wanting them to drive it with out the accessories on it after about 2hrs of driving the truck with out stoping I get a feeling kinda like motion sickness never had any feelings like that in an automobile I have had 5 gm pickup trucks 3 of them new never had anything like this happen
