  1. To my knowledge it does not have a locking dif. I do not understand why it does not do it in 5th gear but does in 6th. The service department said that they deactivated the active fuel management system but it made no differance.
  2. Basic 2wd short wheelbase.
  3. The viberation its self is irritating but the long term effects bothers me more, premature wear on driveline components (u joints, ring and pinion, bearings and all the interior and body components that will all be loosened up in the long run to contribute to rattles). Not to mention all the work preformed will now be on the trucks history report effecting the value of the truck.
  4. To finish my post above, dealer has turned driveshaft 180 deg, replaced driveshaft, replaced muffler bracket, deactivated fuel management system (no difference), tried body insulators (to cover true problem). Monday will be day 30, dealership has tried but long enough is long enough, my turn to roll the ball.
  5. 2014 1500 reg cab v6, viberation between 65 & 75 mph, sounds like subs bumping when it does it, notice it totally quits if you go into 5th gear running the same speed, go back into 6th comes right back. To me that eliminates (tires, driveshaft, rearend and etc..) leaves it to be transmission related in my opinion. Truck went to the dealer with 375 miles on it, they have had it for 27 days with no fix.
