    Only issue I have is they rust and look like chit relatively quickly. I will go all out on my suspension at the end of my warranty but for now the ride isn't that bad.

    Talked to GM infotainment support last night and was very happy with the way we talked through my issue and decided it was neither a problem with my truck or my phone but a problem with the communication between the two. The dealer that kind of blew me off is getting a phone call from them on how they want to proceed to fix my issue and if need be an Engineer should come out to investigate.

    Yea that sounds about right. My dealer basically told me to wait and see if something comes out... That is just not good enough for me though.

    Its a no-go on the settings I turned everything off and back on but that probably wouldn't do anything.

    Well I had the recall (15034) Performed and oil changed/tires rotated, But basically my dealer told me they didn't have a fix for my text issues, my truck no longer displays the texts being read aloud either I might just have to call GM infotainment support, other than that I really don't know what to do my dealer sucks the sale was great but the service center is garbage I might try a different dealer.

    No I appreciate any and all Input. It seems silly that it wouldn't Load your text messages.. but maybe that is how its suppose to be...

    I have a Motorola Droid Turbo, Relatively new phone I believe they were released a little over a year ago. The issue has been with multiple people, And actually when it first started happening after I hit "Listen" on the picture message it happened all the time then it stopped for a month or so, and just started happening again as of late. It has been a random problem with no rhyme or reason that I can see, But also I noticed it does not load my text messages on the display of my mylink it says "no content available" and will just keep buffering.

    Made an appointment for this Saturday to have this issue addressed along with an issue with Pandora where it doesn't load my stations it just says QUICKMIX as the titale of the last station I listened to and says no content available when I try and "Browse" my stations. Also Getting an Oil change, Tire rotation, one of my goodyear wrangler SRA's patched "Again" for the third time, and hopefully the transfer case recall.

    Yesterday I was driving my truck down the road and I had received a text so as always I hit listen. Well it turned out to be a picture message and it played the entire encoded text in the body of the image (a series of random numbers and letters) it took about 14 minutes to finish. Well now When I read a text through my link it doesn't read the text content but rather the encoding in the actual transfer of the text (Location body destination) which happens to also be a series of numbers and letters. Is there a way to reset this? this baffles me.

    They don't pump panels out for trucks one at a time, they run mass productions on different parts and assemble from there, So the fact that your roof has dents in it has nothing to do with the creases in your fender. Either way the fact they are taking care of it is good and I'm glad everything has worked out.

    Its a problem with the stamping of the boxside.. My guess is the first operation, Could be caused by numerous things but I would think something along the lines of pieces of scrap metal caught in between a Die and bolster or a Die and riser causing one side of the die to hit harder in the forming process. Or it could have been a problem with the cushion pressure causing a deformed part that made it through GM's notorious QC team........

    Hit the nail on the head here.. Chances are better then not that it is a supplier issue using a type of lubricant/coolant that is not GM specified and the only way GM could have picked it up was using some kind of FTIR gun to test it for unwanted contaminates before assembly/waxing... Hell I bet GM isn't even doing the wax in house.. So before GM gets a group of people with pitchforks and torches on there front yard give them a chance to render the situation right...
