  1. I'm still working on it. I had some health challenges come up which set me back a little plus I've been trying to get my C10 ready for the Hot Rod Power Tour this year. Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
  2. If I'm not mistaken, I believe the bumber brackets are different as well. If I could find the headlights cheaper, I would be all over this mod. Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk
  3. Did the HUD use the same screw holes as the collision detection piece? What was wrong with it before? Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk
  4. Although that would be cool, at the most, it shouldn't cost more than $1300. Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk
  5. I thought about doing that initially, but between my business and my full time job, I just don't have the time. Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk
  6. It's actually both. He has a Yukon, I have a Silverado. He started the retrofit, I joined in but was unaware that he had a Yukon. He's planning on repinning the connectors with correct color coded wire. I'm not nearly that anal, as soon as I get my HUD I'm going to splice it up and hook it up. Should be done around the same time. [emoji12] Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk
  7. I'm thinking a dremel, some sandpaper, and some Sem black spray paint would be a lot cheaper. I'm already deep in this project as it is. Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk
  8. That was the first start up. It took a few seconds to initialize I guess. Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk
  9. Got mine installed yesterday. Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk
  10. Lol. This third shift is killing me. Pics as promised. All smiles over here! Great work Chris! Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk
  11. Look what showed up today. Usb cable fits perfectly! Installed pics coming in the morning. Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk
  12. Got the connector for the HUD switch. Perfect fit. Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk
  13. I just need to see how the switch mounts. I may have to cut that part out and mold it somewhere else. Where did you get it from? Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk
  14. That's awesome news! If you can get a lead on part #24 in the diagram, let me know. You're going to need it as well. Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk
  15. You know that old saying, "if you have to ask..." [emoji12] This is easily a $1000 plus mod. It really depends on how much you pay for the cluster and whether it's used or not. One guy paid $150 for a used one, another paid $450 for a new one. Programming charges go up if the cluster is used so pick your poison. The cool thing is, you can grab a cluster, have it programmed, and add the HUD at a later date. That was my plan initially, but I kinda want to help get this done.
