Hi guys, ......Karen here!
I am purchasing a new 2015 GMC Sierra 2500, diesel, 4WD, double cab.
My gooseneck trailer has a ground clearance of 66.0"
The truck bedrail height is 59.5"
I can't raise the gooseneck trailer.
Can the truck be lowered? It would be nice to have more clearance between the bedrails so I don't run the risk of hitting the trailer and not have such a big step up to the seat. Any advice?
1) If it can be done, any idea what it would cost to have it professionally done?
2) Is there a BEST way to do this?
3) Will a GMC dealer do it?
4) Is there someone out there between Indiana and Oregon that is a pro at this?
5) Will dropping the truck void my warranty?
Thanks, Karen.
