  1. What was the process you had to go through to get your replacement vehicle? How much out of pocket did the replacement cost you? Did you go through your local dealer for this or GM directly? Thanks in advance for your response.
  2. So my 2015 2LT crew cab is back in the shop today for the 4th time. So far they have replaced factory SRA tires with Continentals, replaced an out of balance drive shaft, replaced the ring and pinion, and today they stated they were going to adjust the angle of the ring and pinion as suggested by GM engineer. They state the next step would be for the GM Engineer to actually come in and look at/work on it himself......I am very fustrated. They put me in a 2016 model 1LT model 4x4 and it rides terrific. How do I start a buyback process? Who at GM do I need to talk too? Do I have to go through the BBB process?
  3. Took my 2015 Silverado in today for the 3rd attempt. First all they did was balance tires and state that was probably as good as it was going to get. Second time they replaced the drive shaft as it was out of balance. Again they stated that was probably as good as it was going to get. Now they are thinking the ring and pinion are out of variance. I did however get the service manager to admit that it does a distinct vibration that should not be there.......so I got that going for me.
  4. Anyone in here from Arkansas having this same issue? My vibration is in my seat and steering wheel and occurs 65-80 mph. It is not constant but rather consistent.
