Thank you, I spent so much time researching if the wheel and tire combo would fit, finally I just decided to take the risk to get the size I wanted. People were saying those tires wouldn't fit without some type of body lift but if you want any pics of how mine looks i'll be more than happy to help.
2015 Silverado 2 1/2" RC leveling kit, 20x10 -24 Fuel Mavericks on 33x12.50r20 Toyo Open Country R/T's.
Barely rubs the plastic on the back side of the fender, minor trimming will do the trick.
Thanks for the input, I might just go with the bigger tire and see how it works out. I have a friend with a 14 Silverado and he has 20x12 -44 offset with 285/55r20 trail grapplers and he just did the plastic mud flap trimming. I would assume I could fit a larger tire on a more narrow rim but I guess we will find out
Hey guys, I have been researching what wheels and tires will fit on my truck and im needing a little help. Has anyone out there been able to fit a 20x10 -24mm with a 285/55r20 on a 2.5 leveled silverado? I dont mind trimming or zip tying the liner back but DO NOT want to trim metal. I originally wanted to put a 305/55r20 on but that just doesn't seem possible.
I have, but the that tire only comes in the 285/55 and 305/55, I have seen posts on custom offsets where people have fit bigger tires on that wheel but i dont know if i can trust that.
Hey guys, I've been contemplating what size wheel and tire to put on my 2015 Silverado. I have a RC 2.5 leveling kit but im scared to get a tire and have to trim a lot. I want to put a 20x10 with a -24 offset and either a 305/55r20 or 285/55r20 BF Goodrich Ko2. Can someone give me some advice on which one to go with?
