Installed the full kicker upgrade in my 2015 gmc sierra crewcab non-bose, sub and under dash dsp/amp with kicker ks series front and rear door speakers, install was simple for most part but the hardest part was installing door speakers very nerve racking pulling/popping door panels apart, also bought door speaker wiring harness to keep from having to cut wires and splicing door speakers to keep it clean, installed extra foam around speaker mount harness along with double sided black tape to keep new speaker mounts from having any rattle, install is very clean and preserves a total factory look. The highs are crisper and slightly louder the sub adds extra depth to the sound and fills the cab with clean music , I give this system a 4 out of 5 for sound , cost is a 4 out of 5 as well , 5 out of 5 for the clean factory looking install, complaints I have about system first off its not worth the 1249.00 retail price tag I got mine for 925.00 which is probably about right for this system but no more , 2nd is the rear door speaker plays at very low volume the dsp keeps most of highs and mids in front so not really worth the rear door speaker upgrade to me since there not putting out much , and last complaint I have is if you pay close attention to the mid to low range frequency say 200hz-600hz range its lacking a bit so there is a slight void there , but I'm satisfied for most part its a heck of a lot better then the factory system. I can now hear my music with the windows rolled down going down the highway wind no longer drowns it out
