Trying to troubleshoot a suspension issue. This is actually on a 2015 Yukon XL Denali but due to having a lift figured it is more appropriate here. Has a Fabtech lift installed approx 5k miles ago. Drove perfect with no pulling and steering wheel straight. About a month ago noticed steering wheel offset and slight pull that got much worse under braking. Had an alignment and it is better but still pulls when braking hard. If I hold the wheel in the position to go straight when I brake, it pulls. If I let go of the wheel when I brake, it brakes pretty straight but the wheel turns a good bit. Also, when backing up (not when the trans is put into R but when I let off the brake and start moving) I hear a clunk from the front suspension.
All bolts/parts etc look fine. Nothing loose that I can tell. Possibly a brake issue? I am thinking possibly a bad shock. No obvious leaking on either of them. If any electrical connection was disconnected it would throw a code correct? Pulling right would indicate the right shock would be the cause correct? Any other way to test the shock? Or any other suggestions on the cause?
Thanks
