I compared the Memphis 2.5" to the audiofrog g25s for the dash. Honestly not significant difference from stock Bose to the Memphis...maybe slightly more crisp but still had the muddy vocals and guitar strings. g25s - much better. I am happy. I have the GM Kicker sub as well. This is on a Denali ultimate so it has the pillar mounted tweeters which aren't bad.

@reese what speakers did you eventually go with for the dash and center in the denali ultimate? We really didn't get much for the supposed premium 12 speaker setup...still sounds like an AM radio wrapped in a wet towel. Thanks

That’s the max tint allowed, not the minimum. It must allow at least 35% light in. You should be fine.
