  1. I Have a '10silverado and the valve cover fixed about 90% of my oil consunptuon. Friend /tech at dealer said dont waste time with cleaner. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk
  2. What Weight Do You Tow?

You will have no problem. I have '10 silverado 1500 5.3l and pulls our loaded camper at 6200lbs pretty good. You have more power than i do. Only real issue i had was 20mph headwind in South Dakota, power wise. Setup wd hitch correctly and you will be fine. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk
  3. 1500 pulling a travel trailer

You will be fine. I also found inflating tires to near max psi was noticeable (better) in how it handled loaded with trailer. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk
  4. 1500 pulling a travel trailer

I have the same trailer and pull with '10 silverado. My only issue is power. Handeling and stopping is fine after i re did the wt hitch, dealer didnt do it right. I am mindful with what i put in the truck bed when loaded. Probably near the max payload with 2 adults and 3 small kids, minimum stuff in bed. We went from twin cities to black hills last summer, only real issue was headwinds and older 5.3l. Engine temp would spike on longer hills. I will be getting a different truck next yr, sticking with 1500. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk
  5. Price paid?

Super jealous. That is the exact truck I have been looking at for a couple weeks except only premium package not plus. Nobody around me has one with max tow, 6.2 and the savings. Did they pick you up at the airport? How long where you at the dealer? Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk
  6. Have they announced when the GMC models will be released? Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk
  7. GM ASEP Program

I went through asep 90-92. Spent 3 years full time at the dealer after graduating. One day in yr 4 realized that I couldnt do this for another 40 years and was at the top pay wise. Went back to school and got an egineering degree. Best decision I ever made. Like someone else said, get a degree and do something else. Still have my tools and have paid very little over the years on car repairs, only good thing about those 5 -6 years. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk
