  1. So my L83 destroyed a lifter after I did a cam swap at 33k miles. Made it to 88k miles of my right foot on the floor all the time. This L87 is so much smoother and more powerful. I did a DOD plus delete kit, Katech Ported heads, BTR 225 cam plus Ported L86 intake and ported TB. It's a beast smoother and way more linear power and torque than the cammed L83. Yes some of this swap was annoying and a learning curve. If you guys have any questions let me know [email protected] or call text me 813-735-9097 Jack.

  4. Did you put a Truetrac in your truck also?????? Sent from my LM-G820 using Tapatalk
  5. Used same Gear. I didn't have to reset pattern Sent from my LM-G820 using Tapatalk
  6. I installed the Truetrac last night. You have to cut a little bit if the axle retaining thing. I don't know what else to call it. But it must be cut to get it into place past the ring gear. I don't know if that is because I have a 4.10 gear maybe not because my 3.42 gear was the same thickness. I didn't have to use any ring gear adapter going from 3.42 to 4.10 on the stock open differential. So maybe no need to cut this if you have a 3.23 and down numerically just guessing. So besides the Ring Gear adaptor and cutting the axle button gizmo it is a very straightforward Install. Set your Backlash from .006 to 010 add Fluid and drive it. Synthetic Fluid and additive Not Needed or reccomend. It Rips from a stop now. I can feel the whole truck kinda lift and launch now. I'll post more after I drive it a few Weeks. If you guys have anymore questions about the install just message me. Sent from my LM-G820 using Tapatalk

  11. I'm doing mine this weekend. My Truck is a 2015 5.3 1500. I already did the 3.42 to a 4.10. I installed that over a year ago. Sick of the open rear. Been going back and forth between the Yukon 9.5 Clutch style POSI. The Yukon is a direct swap now. No ring gear spacer needed. But I decided on the Truetrac and ring gear spacer. Stronger, no clutches to wear out. No additive needed. Just high quality non synthetic gear oil. Sent from my LM-G820 using Tapatalk
  12. Stock Driveshafts are Junk. Especially if you mod your truck with Cam and stall converter and Gears. You can't even run it on the Dyno safely and get true HP rating because you usually need to be at 125+MPH. Stock Driveshaft critical speed is 105-110. If you keep pushing stock Driveshafts past this sooner or later that weak piece of S..T is gonna GRENADE
  13. 2100 sounds about right. Or just do it yourself and have it towed in for the tune. That's what I did. I did my Cam and stall converter. Then towed it to shop for the Custom Tune
  14. I changed my Driveshaft to a 2 piece high performance shaft and I changed my Axles shafts. I am now Vibration Free Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  15. Or you could design a J pipe or 1/4 resonator and have no drone like me. I have Long tube Headers, stage 3 TSP Cam and no cats and 3 inch exhaust all the way out. I have zero drone after designing my J pipe resonator
