I have a similar problem to this wanted to see anyone has info.... it’s a 2016 Sierra all the door locks we’re wokriking fine then i noticed they weren’t locked one day and opened the door the alarm went off. Used remote to lock and the lights flash and horn sounds but none of the doors lock, I locked all doors manually and tried to unlock and same thing

Used remote to lock and the lights flash and horn sounds but none of the doors lock, I locked all doors manually and tried to unlock and same thing only lights. If I use the interior switch I can hear the click by fuse box but nothing happens same with passenger side
