Hey folks, Just wondering what the biggest tire is I can fit on the factory 20s without rubbing or any issues. I plan on changing the shocks to 5100s when they become available and will raise the front a little also. Will that help with clearance much? Bass 3-5 Mids 0-5 Treble Always Max Bose is very disappointing. Can’t wait until I add my JL sub. I might even bypass the whole thing and start from scratch. But I’m more picky about audio than most. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I’m with you. After having a Ram before this truck it bothers me everyday and takes the joy out of driving the new truck. I can’t wait u til the aftermarket catches up and I can do something to fix this horrible ride. It’s the only thing worse than the transmission tuning. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I’ve said this in a previous post but my ram also could tow more than my RST. I think ram can do 99 percent of what people use a half ton truck for. The “it’s a truck it’s supposed to ride rough” argument can be solved by looking at rams tow and payload numbers and riding in one of their trucks. Even the old generation. The new ones even better.

I’d agree that my truck is bouncy and doesn’t ride or handle as well as my 2016 Ram. When the ram shocks needed replacement I put Bilstein 4600s on and it was even better. I’m currently waiting on aftermarket shocks to see if that’ll help this truck. Highway is fine, but any unperfect road is torture and I’m REALLY hoping some bilsteins will calm this bouncy boat down. For all the hype I’m pretty unhappy with my 19 RST.

Ya I was surprised. I was ready to get a Sierra SLT but the Chevy was too good of a deal to pass up. I looked at KBB and with 3,000 miles my trade in is around 41k. So I might just drive it a while and see how I like it and trade up to the GMC. The Chevy is fine but is missing some features that are nice to have. I financed with GM to get the additional 1,500 off which I included in the price I paid. Surprised i got a 5.2x% from GM. I was expecting to refinance shortly after the purchase but I might hold off now. It’s a lot of truck for the money but some things have been disappointing. Not too many complaints though. Just got my 19 Silverado RST with convenience 2, all star, leather packages. MSRP 49,900. Paid $36,800 after rebates and working with the dealer on the last day of the month. That’s before TT&L.
