  1. Hold down the start button for several seconds without pressing the brake. All your accessories will come on also. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Hey guys I’m curious if putting the truck in L8 and sport mode disables cylinder deactivation. I can’t tell since there’s no light to tell you, but try driving around in those modes together and see if it sounds like it’s running on all 8 cylinders and that might keep me and others from buying a chip or something that disables it. Thanks guys!!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. I got an email today from Bilstein saying it’s going to be after the first of the year before we have 5100s for our trucks. Just an FYI. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Owning a black vehicle sucks if you want it clean and without scratches. I finally learned my lesson and bought a silver one. Now I wish I had the red though. They look great on the road. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Good looking truck...are those KO2s? 285/65 is what I was after so that’s good news. Torn between the KO2 and Nitto Terra grapplers G2. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Mind if I ask why they steered you away from them? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Nobody? Wondering if it’ll help the truck from going sideways on bumps. Possibly even help the ride? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Hey folks, Just wondering what the biggest tire is I can fit on the factory 20s without rubbing or any issues. I plan on changing the shocks to 5100s when they become available and will raise the front a little also. Will that help with clearance much? I just want more sidewall for a better ride and a tougher tire. Currently have the 275/60R20 tire size. Thanks. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. I’ll vote ford. I really don’t like my new Chevy. I think GM quality has gone down quite a bit. There’s a lot of small things that drive me crazy daily. I had a 14 ford and it was better than this truck. But you’re going to get a ton of different opinions. All I would say is test drive one multiple times on different days and see what you think before pulling the trigger. Good luck in your search! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  10. Anybody ever used the road master active suspension? Can’t believe I’ve never heard of it since it’s been around forever. Pros and cons? Thoughts or comments on it? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  11. Bass 3-5 Mids 0-5 Treble Always Max Bose is very disappointing. Can’t wait until I add my JL sub. I might even bypass the whole thing and start from scratch. But I’m more picky about audio than most. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Just a warning...the drivers seat is plenty comfortable but the wife HATES the passenger seat and hates that it’s not more adjustable. She keeps a small pillow there for back support it’s so bad. And we are in our 30s still.
  13. I’m with you. After having a Ram before this truck it bothers me everyday and takes the joy out of driving the new truck. I can’t wait u til the aftermarket catches up and I can do something to fix this horrible ride. It’s the only thing worse than the transmission tuning. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Hey guys. I absolutely hate the ride of this truck and want to change the shocks regardless, but am curious about using the “universal” Bilstein 5100s. Can I use these on the front to level the truck with it being 2WD? And is that all I need to do it is the shocks? On another note, I have 20s and want more sidewall. What’s the biggest tire I can put on without having issues? Thanks in advance! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. I’ve said this in a previous post but my ram also could tow more than my RST. I think ram can do 99 percent of what people use a half ton truck for. The “it’s a truck it’s supposed to ride rough” argument can be solved by looking at rams tow and payload numbers and riding in one of their trucks. Even the old generation. The new ones even better.
