It is a problem with the front axle on the driver side. Check out the "jingle jingle only in 2 wheel drive" thread. There is currently no fix for the problem.
My truck went in for the supposed fix. It was OK for about 500 miles, but now it's back. Going to call GM once again and notify them. I started a case in early August.
Mine only happened when truck had been driving for 5 or more minutes and at speeds over 35mph. But when it was happening, it was constantly chirping. It was heard over the radio and all other noise. Most annoying sound I have ever heard. I installed the Chevy CAI and performance exhaust to try and overcome the noise, wasn't enough. Hopefully this fix works.
Picked up truck last night. So far drove approximately 100 miles. No noise as of yet. Keeping my fingers crossed. The shaft still has some play in it, but no where as much as before.
So far my truck has been in the shop for 4 days now for the PIP5653B fix. They called the first day and said they didn't have the right tool to do the job, then they didn't have all the parts, and then they had to order new seals for the transmission that had to be replaced. This is really crazy. My old truck was a 2015 GMC Sierra that had 88k on it and it totally died. Fought with GM for a while over that truck and they made me an offer I couldn't refuse on this 2019 Silverado. I am really regretting purchasing another GM product.
According to the service manager at my dealership, GM has a bulletin out for a fix for the jingle. They are replacing seals and rings in the front as well as the driveshaft. Parts are on their way from Michigan. He said they got notified last night about the fix!
As soon as I go back to the dealership and pick up the truck, I will get the bulletin number and post it

I just took the service manager for a ride to hear the jingle. He heard how annoying it is. He also liked the sound of the exhaust I installed to hide the noise. Hopefully they can fix the stupid jingle.
What a joke. My truck has the same annoying noise. GM should be ashamed of themselves. I remember test driving the truck and it was always in automatic 4 wheel drive. Now I know why.
