I have a 2019 Sierra Denali and just recently purchased a new iPhone 11. Every time my phone connects with the truck it turns the volume all the way down. I have tried to turn it back up but it doesn't stay, goes down to silent. Incredibly annoying! Now my phone won't even ring through the truck speakers, even more annoying. Technology is good but come on fix the simple problems.
