Mine just started doing this. Started when an update for infotainment popped up.

Where did Anthony go? I have been trying to return a call since Monday from GM customer service. It took a week to get my first call, and I missed it. I’ve called them eight times and left four messages. Now I get a bullcrap email about them trying me and not being able to get in touch. As if the issues aren’t already frustrating, playing this game is twice as bad.

The “Change with buttons” worked for me.... once. Next time I got in the truck, volume went down.

Did you recently get the recalls done? Mine was disabled after they did the recall update on the front camera.

Buddies RST does it. Man does it piss him off. His has done it a dozen times. He doesn’t have the phone app at all.
