  1. The only time I get the "hyperflashing" is when I have a ground on my boat trailer. I would check for grounds around it..
  2. Yep..over a month and due to the parts, I am paying out of pocket for my rental now. I am friends with the owner of the shop and he is trying, but he wants to do it right and put on GM parts that are backordered indefinitely so his hands are tied. To make it worse, by claims adjuster was fired/quit after I dropped off. It took 18 days just for the approval..I was at sea during that time and thought I'd come back to it fixed, but had to call them to get out there. Now I am working with a supervisor to get approved who won't call me back. Every day I have been calling back and forth between adjuster and Geico to fix...finally spoke to someone at Geico yesterday who identified the problem..since the original adjust left, the current supervisors adjuster can't approve it. It has to be from the original supervisor. Think I am getting a new insurance company after all this washes over, but definitely hope GY can right their wrong. Blowouts like this definitely seem like a manufacturer problem, I still had air in the tire, it looked just like yours...
  3. Thanks for the update... And sorry you are dealing with the same bs. My total damage came out to 8500 and truck in the shop a month (Geicos fault). I wonder now how to get the finger pointed at Goodyear and not my claim on insurance... If it's clearly a problem with that tire, they should be liable.
  4. I am not banning anything. I prefer Nitto tires, and since this is what comes with the truck, I kept them... Apparently too long.
  5. Gotcha... Thanks guys. Yea, was holding 80psi and didn't have a vibration for about 10 minutes, pulled over and inspected everything and didn't have anything stand out..... Wasn't hauling, so definitely it just caught me off guard and figured I'd check here... Going though insurance now, sucks but oh well... Going back to Nitto tires.
  6. So I was just driving along this afternoon and had the worst tire blowout I have ever seen. My rear left panel and tailgate are wrecked. Backround, always rotated tires.. TPMS all normal, 43K On stock tires, no lifts or mods. Anyone seen this or know what to do?
  7. Did they pull out the headliner to fix? I know mine is but they said when they pull the liner out, it is going to look like crap after reinstallation.
  8. I had mine replaced via the TSB, good to go since. They were on backorder so took a few weeks but happy they honored and fixed it. Mine was built SEP19.
  9. I have a similar case but swear it has to be coming from the bolts that hold the spoiler on...this rattle started awhile back and noticed it was not inside, but rather from the outside. If you push on the spoiler on top, how much play does it have? compare it to the other side I'd say..
  10. I tried everything in here, was at wits ends then thought maybe, just maybe its coming from the outside. It seems to do it when the truck was "flexing"..sure enough, pushed on the rear spoiler in the back driver side and that "squeak" was making it through the cab causing the sound...no trying to figure out how to fix it.
  11. My trailer used to always default to my boat when I hooked it up. My girlfriend was in the truck when I lost connection to my boat and when I plugged it in, she hit something...must have been guest trailer, when she was going through the radio. Now everytime I hook it up I have to manually go through and tell it to use the boat profile. Anyone know how to get it back to use the last used setting or default to boat?
  12. Brought them in and they replaced under the TSB and covered by bumper to bumper. Whew.
  13. LSP, yep...thats what I found. Not sure when mine was in production, but know I got it in October (after the strike took a month to get here from the manufactory)
  14. Found it, a little google always helps. Thanks all. When I called to ask them if it was covered under warranty she said bring it in and lets see. I mentioned I found the TSB on it, so it should be covered right? She said they are specific for each vehicle, to which my reply was...you mean like going to NHTSA website and typing in the VIN specific? Her response, what time can you bring it in. ha
  15. Shadow, not sure...I disabled it, but I know it can't be much. Kylant, any chance you know what TSB that was?
