    no need to remove the bumper, gain access through the drivers headlight assembly, either remove the assembly or just slide it to the side as I did. its tight but can be done.

    I took mine apart and re-lubed them with some dielectric grease. still blowing fine.

    you need a steering stabilizer, rough country sells one for your application.
