  1. I forgot to mention, I had to download a second software (.dll I think) that wasn’t in the instructions. The software threw an error that it was missing and the software couldn’t find it. It was super easy. More annoying the instructions didn’t mention it.
  2. They both use the same software and physically look the same and have the same instructions. I suspect they are both selling the same underlying unit. I bought hypertech. Works great. It doesn't reporgram the computer, just real time adjusts the signal on the way to the computer for speedo. It is 2 plugs, you could always pull out in 5 minutes before going into dealer for service.
  3. You’d have to have someone turning the wheel while you checked how much it hit the frame. Being the the wheel is angled you don’t gain the full 1/2”. The other thing to consider is will the 1/2” push out cause fender rubbing by the outside of the tire? You could fix one issue and create another
  4. My LT came with 17s with pizza cutters. I picked up a pair of Denali 20s (8.5wide). They had Nitto Ridge Grappler 35x12.5R20LT mounted already. They fit and look great. No rubbing, no lift or leveling. I was in the same boat trying to decide 295, 305, 315? - I never even considered the 35s but it ended up being the exact look i was going for. I was a little worried about the lack of sidewall on the 20s, but the 35s are proportioned great. I did a ton of reading and looking at tire sizes on https://tiresize.com/height-chart/ I love how it gives the diameters for each size and when you click into a size all the different manufacturers and tire options available.
