Nope, the warranty covers treadwear for 50,000 miles and manufacturer defects. Tire Rack attempted to make it right even though it isn't covered by offering me 50% off of a replacement and waiving the shipping charge

Here are pics of the tire. I was a pressure break. Apparently I ran something over on the highway and it caused a break in the tire. It isn't a puncture, but looks like one. If I was able to get off the road quickly the tire could have been saved.

Only goodyear issues I have had were horrible traction with the factory P235/75R16 Wrangler ST's. These have been quiet, comfortable, and great wet and dry traction.
