You would have thought this would be possible since you have a USB port and a SD card port as well. I have a 2020 GMC Canyon Denali. I'm a photographer and wanted to put a picture of myself in place of the default images that you choose from. I called GMC for their infotainment center group and they said that it's not possible to upload your own profile photo, I did submit a feature request. With photography as popular as it is this it's really a design oversight and something that people are going to want, if it's your profile your going to want your picture.
