What are the suggestive methods for disabling things on a Chevy/GMC full size to prevent thieves from driving off with your truck??

Under speed only. I cannot duplicate it sitting still. So it does the pretend-turbo whine when it is under slight load, going 65+mph on freeway. It sounds like off the intake manifold or power brake booster, somewhere around the front left, I believe.

I have a 2003 Sierra 5.3 2wd, no check engine lite, no codes, but on freeway, I have an annoying whistling sound like a vacuum leak. I can't find it anywhere. Do you have any suggestions??
