1997 custom

I have a 1997 Silverado 4x4 and I have the factory 5.7 with the 4L60E transmission. I am currently looking to do a 5.3 400hp LS swap and also want to swap my trans to the 4L80E. I was planning on using the Holley terminator x max ecu and trans computer. What kind of mechanical problems/modifications am I going to run into with this type of combination? And or wiring problems? Thank you in advance.
