I am having a similar problem with my 2020 AT4 HD Duramax. On two occasions I have found the truck with completely dead batteries. I had to use the key in the fob to open the door. Dealer load tested batteries, checked alternator and for parasitic draw -- all ok. It's an intermittent problem.
